Dealing with an issue while trying to teach a newly hired employee. I am a consultant and my current project management hired someone to takeover long-term for me, and I must train them, however there have been many issues. This individual doesn't know basic data concepts (left join, right join, vlookup, etc.) and there is only so much I should be required to teach. I do not want to tutor this person on how to use Excel or manipulate data.
