Obviously I don’t know your story, background, or your demographic but just surface level I would say that’s too low. How many times have you taken it? Have you tried the GRE? If it makes you feel better I had to take it five times before getting a 740 and I’m a horrible test taker lol. I would say you need to improve your stats in at least one category and since you can’t change your gpa I would aim to impress with your test score.
Thanks for the feedback! I looked into GRE as well but I think GMAT is better for my strengths. 635 was much higher than I got on any mocks, so I am studying hard and will retake in a month and a half to see if I can improve or if it was a fluke.
I scored less than that, applied test optional to Ross, and was accepted.
I studied for the GMAT for over a year, took it several times, and it was very challenging for me to perform well on the test.
If you’re able to demonstrate quant/critical reasoning skills through your work at Deloitte, test optional is 100% a viable path at schools if you’re concerned about your test score. In fact, all the schools I applied test optional to, I was accepted at — everywhere else I submitted scores to was a combo of accepted/waitlist. Having GSAP on your resume definitely helps your candidacy as well.
Thanks for that info, I was looking into applying test-optional. Would you be willing to share your GMAT score and which schools accepted/waitlisted you with it?

Consider switching to the GRE - it’s soooo much easier. Could probs just study for a month and be very successful (that’s what i did)
