What it means @Accenture1?
@Lead Engg1, Indian mnc's are sending onsite based on visa type and a person has to travel onsite.
I was in UK for 2 years so that experience is enough.
Now my thought is by staying in india I can work for foreign company and get paid higher (at least my assumption)
Try Turing
Toptal is genuine i think because i attended interview through them.
Use smartr.me my friend got the remote job from this only as a automation tester.
You work as a contract person , your payroll company will be indian , they will pay the Indian consultancy and they will pay you.
No in indian company he is working as permanent employee but in us company he is working as a contractor , so more like a freelancer but with fixed pay, no deduction in us pay , he is getting close to 5lpa every month, they have biweekly payment, 2.5lpa every 15 daya.
Angellist
Try Angellist and apply from there
From what I have experienced thus far is that there is a great chance that the company will pay according to Indian standards and not in USD or their currency ,but yeah I am in the same boat as you.
