C) Just block off the time and make sure your work gets done. If you can get the work done within working hours then do that. Don’t feel pressure to work outside of normal working hours if you don’t have to.

Whatever you do, block a good amount of time before the interview so you don’t get jammed. Also block some after in case they want to continue the discussion.
OP, don’t overthink this one. Interviewers aren’t going to want to interview you outside of business hours — just block off the time and take it.

I had an interview today and put a meeting on my calendar for 30 min…
The entire history of interviews during business hours for a billable by the hour consultant has always been some random type of anonymous Dr appointment.
I’ve done A & B before. Depends on the situation. Long interviews I’ll take PTO. Otherwise it’s a doctors appointment.
