Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

Do you people not know about Google?
You can't google conversation, and that's what Fishbowl is for.
Ok. You can Google anything. Why have Fishbowl?
Fuck off KPMG, seriously
Seriously why do people respond to posts with glassdoor or google. Is that how you respond to your clients too? Google that... Geez have more patience and keep scrolling if you're not interested. Don't give your real basic answer
This KPMG person has to be a real treat to work with. It's very possible you're the same troll/asshole in most posts. But I digress...
^and you didn't ask for that detail in your post anyway.
1st year M salary post-MBA this coming year is probably $165k give or take ~$5k based on performance ratings the past two years
I'd rather read salary information from this forum than glassdoor any day. Those sites are never up to date and rarely give all the variables the great folks of fishbowl usually provide.
Glassdoor allows you to filter on city. With a larger firm, you get a decent sample that's not too far off. Only thing I'd like to see add to that site is aging of submitted salaries (like an average or distribution by year). Come on, consultants, research!

That's an average across non-US firms. There is a big difference.
Doesn't account for experienced hires versus SC promotes.
Hence my question.
Thanks!
