Deloitte Fishes: what can I expect my compensation to look like as a human capital consultant? Headed into final interviews next week

There is almost nowhere to find reliable bonus information on Canadian firms. I’ve heard of year end bonuses ranging from 10-50% this year (not including Covid bonuses). Let’s start a thread posting year of call, rough billable hours worked and bonus as a percent of salary.

5 year call. 1850 hours. 10%.

I’m interviewing for another consulting role and I’m close to moving from 70 to 120. Prayers are appreciated.

I got an offer from Deloitte Consulting India pvt Ltd as a senior consultant in development. Please advise. How is the work there and it their consulting line worth joining ?

Can you help explain why a team would be able to afford hiring an individual under PDM at a higher salary but unable to offer the same package under the Traditional route?

For context, I’m currently negotiating for a role and have expressed some of my concerns. My recruiter has been very helpful, but I’d like to better understand the reasoning before making my decision. The offer is $100k for PDM, but $85k max if brought on as Traditional.

130% Annual bonus = 11.5k
"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

$118K offer from Deloitte for Senior Manager (GPS) in Human Capital Work Group - seems low? They won't go any higher.

Looking for career advice. I’m based in Canada, MCOL area, and barely making ends meet at 62k total comp. Several YOE but only 6mo in the field, master’s degree in an unrelated field, currently pursuing a graduate degree in org dev. Analyst at a boutique firm, but have gotten an offer for a consultant position for a similar comp at another firm with more intense working hours. I’m an excellent worker.
