HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. We've all been there (not just me I hope). It's so frustrating when the consulting one is a tough hill to climb. Has joining a smaller management consulting firm ever worked out for anyone?

I'd like to hope one day I could get into big 4 or even MBB.

Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?
