Deloitte Green Card initiation - Are 6 months an absolute requirement ? I’m almost 4 months in, can I request it now ?

Want to join new company after h1b transfer completed. Need to give 2 weeks notice to current employer. Can I work for current employer for those 2 weeks notice period after h1b transferred to new employer?when does the current employer get notified of h1b transfer, in case that happens?

Joining Deloitte shortly. Was told that since I have an approved EAD/AP they will not be filing a H1B. Is this a common practice?

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase

We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).

Looking for advice (& empathy): Started out in advertising, then became a journalist. Moved to the US for grad school, and back to advertising few years ago. Now stuck at a company where I’m deeply unhappy but they sponsor the visa (not H1B, so it’s not a huge ask). Also not too sure of advertising as my heart is still in journalism but this pays the bills. I got selected in the third round of H1B lottery for FY2022 (third round came out in November) Does anyone know when my H1B gets activated? Will it be automatically updated because it is well past Oct 1 or will it be Oct 1 2022??

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.
