Hi fishies. I have a ton of interviews coming up soon including a case interview at EY within their Innovation and Experience Design practice for Digital Strategy Manager. I am super comfortable with CX, design thinking, etc which are the types of projects I would be working on BUT I am absolutely terrible in case interviews. I was hoping it would be based on CX or design but my understanding is there is some revenue component idk. Anyone have any insight? I would greatly greatly appreciate it!

If you are contributing to proposals and other stuff, I don't think you should be worried at all. They usually keep the good ones.
But you have to be active employee in sept to receive the performance bonus of previous year. This is intentionally designed to cover such scenarios. @ OP what's your story? Suspicious meeting invite ?

I'm assuming no. Most bonus plans have a requirement that you're an active employee on the last day of the period. Sorry 😕
Depends on when your performance year ends.
In that case, I believe you would be eligible to receive your performance based bonus if your lay off is not for poor performance.
I would assume they would do the right thing and pay you the bonus even though you're not entitled to it. Generally those policies are in place to keep you from quitting
