If you are contributing to proposals and other stuff, I don't think you should be worried at all. They usually keep the good ones.

But you have to be active employee in sept to receive the performance bonus of previous year. This is intentionally designed to cover such scenarios. @ OP what's your story? Suspicious meeting invite ?

You will be fine. I assumed it was 3 months or more

Done and done. They are all saying it's slow and we have a pretty big bench so just hang in. I'm working on proposals and 3 (no wbs) internal initiatives with SMs. I heard it was 3 months as well but getting restless as more and more people roll off projects and no new ones seem to be appearing in the open roles my RM sends

like

I'm assuming no. Most bonus plans have a requirement that you're an active employee on the last day of the period. Sorry 😕

Depends on when your performance year ends.

In that case, I believe you would be eligible to receive your performance based bonus if your lay off is not for poor performance.

I would assume they would do the right thing and pay you the bonus even though you're not entitled to it. Generally those policies are in place to keep you from quitting

Just wondering. I am in Tech and finished a 1.5 year engagement but have been on bench for past 6 weeks. There doesn't seem to be any new projects starting up and i know at least 13 people in the same boat. I have never been on bench before so kind of getting nervous though my manager doesn't seem concerned since I have always had strong ratings and feedback. Though it would really suck to not get the bonus, the project I was on last year was brutal.

Be proactive and reach out to your senior managers and partners

Nopes

Keep the good ones? That's a novel idea

Which practice ?

My past experiences is I was a
