2nd company: 3.8YOE - 4.5LPA-Appraisal to 5.24 LPA (highly unsatisfied)
Second company (on retention) 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA
NOTE:
Job hit by pandemic and switched from 1st company with only 4.5 LPA which later increased to 5.24 in a year
Started applying for interviews in the second company and got offer upto 13 LPA. But decided to stay back with 3.9 YOE - 10 LPA on retention in current organization.

I have been trying for switch from 5 6 months. Most of companies want immediate joiners. Finally tcs called and i have cleared technical interview. In hr discussion they mentioned they will give only 25% hike. As it is first offer i thought i will accept it and then try for more offers. But today my current company manager told that i got promoted to SSE. I am confused now. Whether i should accept tcs offer and resign current organization or shd i negotiate in current cmp.
