Ask 36-38. If at a you wish negotiate down to 32. Anything less it's up to you. You're best person to evaluate how common your skill is. I don't understand the link between analytics and acquisition because former is purely technical. We call it strategy analytics but they just keep you invested in tableau, power bi, excel etc. They call you manager but people management is not same as delivery team management. Acquisition is purely a business function and requires deep knowledge and application of business knowledge as well as applied strategy and applied finance. It's about consuming that strategy analytic data but more important directing it. So yeah I feel the numbers I put above are correct depending on your premise responsibility and how commonly available it is in the market

I am getting Manager Level3 and 30 as fixed ...
I think this is the best they offer, you should go ahead.
Its a detailed explanation. Good one. But I think in DI Manager starts around ~24, not sure the current situation.
Then the grade offered should be higher. Not candidates problem that they're on edge of the bracket. Just an ideal thought. We know it isn't ideal world or anything like that lol
Joined last year in June as Manager with 30 fixed. Total experience 8.5 years.
That's what I meant like why stick to just around 30%? I'm sure our friend gets must have asked but if they are denied then why? Just cause somebody said 3p% is standard? That is so yesteryear. Look at the inflation and the way they question if you have other offers these days which was not a standard question previously and how they look down negatively on job hops so why not ask 40%? Sure settle down on whatever number you want but atleast get a reason and assess if they've proper reasoning or just nonsense. The very reason we're having this thread means we are being low balled like anything mostly everywhere
Any idea about the same for Associates with 3 YOE ?
