Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

I was with Deloitte for about six and a half years working in their Guidewire practice. At some point I realized, it’s a Garbage company. Absolutely no work - life balance, politics and what not. I still wonder how I survived for that long. I would never go back to Deloitte ever!
EY leadership must be falling off the chair at this startling revelations. They always thought they are great and doing great things by asking better questions 😂

I interviewed with D a few years ago and was very firm with the recruiter and told them I would accept a Manager role (lateral) and comp had to be greater than my current firm (not ACN at the time). What did those arrogant f****s do? Offered me SC and $25k less than my pay at the time. They called me 4 times begging me to take their offer - told them that when they did what I asked then I’d sign. D’s arrogance is staggering.
D recruiter called me last week, insulted my current role at ACN (SM) and tried to sell me on a M role. Told them not to call me back, and if they did I’d consider it harassment and take the appropriate legal action.
Oh no. It was not trap. Just checking what skill sets are of high demand.

Such a revolving door - all these consulting firms fired thousands under the guise of slowing business, and now are hiring like crazy. Warning to the wise: tread with care and keep in mind that you are a dispensable number that is merely a pawn in the game. Good luck!
Yes. I am obviously surprised. Not just because your firm is doing good, but looking at corporate America I thought the norm is hire and fire( worked at two B4) . Not sure how you are managing to stay different. Best wishes and thank you.

Just left six months back part of layoffs.. Deloitte was brutal in laying off people when employees need support. They could have done a pay cut or no big bonus for partners. I lost majority of my Manager and Senior manager circle. I spent 14 years but repenting now should have left long time ago.
Why can’t they recall their previous employees.. who has wealth of knowledge.
Glad that I am now in a position with CIO org (life sciences global company)where I can dictate vendors terms including Deloitte.
My 2 cents.
1)If you are freshman or new to industry Deloitte is good place to get exposure
2) stay max 5 years with atleast one promotion if you joined as consultant.
3) Deloitte is famous for changing titles and group name, performance process basically nothing works so they are trying every few years. End of the partner and your boss words final. All ethics and other process are just on paper.
4) forget about work life balance.
