So I recently applied for a position as a training specialist, but I feel like I’m more than qualified to look for other roles. I have work in finance, but I do have my PMP, but I haven’t led any large projects, just assisted on them any advice to a young professional that just graduated with an MPA Fiserv, Inc

You should be fine. It generally takes a year from your current stage to an I-140 approval even faster with a premium processing for I-140.
thank you
You have more than enough time. They’ll wait about a year after they do a lay off before resuming perm. So they’ll prob pick up your process in the next few months. The next step is recruiting, which takes just about two months, then filing PERM, which is another 4-5 month. Then I-140 is two weeks if you are willing to pay PP. once you get that you’ll be fine
Thank you :) too bad after I-140, the wait for priority time is like 2-3 years
