Deltek HR has scheduled my interview for Principal Azure Delivery Engineer with a non-technical who belongs to the sales & Marketing side. Initially, screening of my profile has been shortlisted and now HR is coming back with skills and experience more match our requirements closely at this time. Before the interview, it was a matching post-interview it's not matching. Requesting you please be transparent with the candidate as it's all about their future and career.

Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies.
