How can I break a habit? I tend to subconsciously reach for the TV every time I get a meal. Watching TV makes me eat mindlessly (and more than I’d like to), and I also now feel hungry if I watch TV during non-meal times. Have tried to be more conscious about it but it’s so hard

Welcome to our pre-k inclusive classroom. Even with 8 students, and only face to face for 4 hours, we struggle. We struggle being heard through our masks. We struggle with social distancing. Hello fine people,
I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
