I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

p3-do you knwo sa3 salary?
wait p3 is that based on our current cohort? sa1 is at 99 and there is only 11k gap between sa1 and sa3?
I went from sa1 to SA2 up to 105 and got an $11k bonus as a tier 2
Manager range is 132 to 174 in NYC.
@p5 I agree with you. Even though we are making good (not great) but that progression does seem lil low. What would SA1 salary be with MBA?
New m1 non-Mba tier 3 city. No numbers yet, but other posts saying 120. Pretty super senior here (long story) but very small jump for a shit ton more responsibility.

I don't have that info but talk to HR. You should be able to get your results from another partner or MD.

Holy fuck SA salary progression is a joke lol. So what's Sa3B? 112? 🙄
I dunno. I think SA can go up to 125 or so but you'd have to have come it at that level or be a super senior. I have buddies that came in early 2016 at 120 and didn't get a raise last year or this year cuz they're already at the top of the cohort

M1 is 130, said that earlier
