Hello, I am a bit confused about a situation that what should I do when other company like tcs and paytm are asking for your counter offer letter. Should I send them the full offer letter if asked by them and if I share the offer letter of accenture then can accenture take back my offer? What should be the best that could be done in this situation? Accenture Tata Consultancy Paytm

Better way is to share only the salary structure without any company name. If they ask for full offer letter then you have to send. Don't worry about it much everyone is doing this

Tell then you have accepted the offer. Then they may ask what is the reason for looking further. You can say some reason for that like location issue.
If you are leaving the company and wants to stay if they planning to match the CTC, then offer latter has to provide. I think no issue.
My current company is Infosys and its all about different companies and currently, I have an offer from accenture.
Just send the salary break up sheet and have a discussion whether they can match or give more.. Also do this only if you want to join that company..
And if they agreed to match or pay more and still asking for full offer letter then what I should in this case?
You can send full offer letter and mark the mail as confidential and also let them know this document has to be kept only between you and them…they will agree and you can send it as well..I have done it and got the new offer…they just want to make sure that you really have an offer which is original…
The best advice is to set a meeting and share your screen with the offer letter. Upto you to choose which pages you'd like to show, but you can show the letterhead as evidence of original document. It is better not to send the entire document via email.
Even after sharing screen one recruiter asked me to send as they have to take internal approvals and want to use the full doc for the same.
