Wait... So you're like 24, makes almost 6 figures with zero experience and zero advanced degree..... And you're complaining? Lol.
That would make much better sense. I was trying to grasp how 2 years experience in Federal was making 98k base hah
Sounds like commercial has better comp than fed for campus hire if that is your current comp
In Arlington.
Then to answer your question, yes, you'll make a lot more money on the commercial side. 98k with 6 years experience is rather low.
Way more
The pay bands vary so much from person to person it's hard to say off of one example
Is a campus hire SC, post-MBA?
Post MBAs at PwC were offered 135k base this year, S& post-MBAs were offered 147k
No MBA. Campus hire as in from undergrad.
98k total comp? Or base?
Base
I think OP means second year of being an SC, not 2nd year working
I make 75 in Federal as a TC
Just graduated Dec.2015
So that's why I left federal Deloitte.... Way better in the private sector
Still low as a 2nd year SC with no MBA. I would think on commercial you would be 110-120
Wait how much first year commercial?
Are you based in Arlington?
I've been at D for almost 6 years; I'm a second year SC.
