Recently was giving interview for Business /Digital transformation position.

Interviewer - tell me business model of cred , how they earn

Me- umm , they get some commission from on cc partners, they get user data which they can use for there analysis and offer them customised products in future.

Interviewer - no no not that

Me - ok yeah they have a shop section also. They get paid for on boarding different vendors on their platform. Continued

Any interview tips for Project Manager roles in software development? I originally applied for their core practice but the recruiter convinced me that since I’m coming from a financial services audit background, I’d be better suited for their FSO practice. I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?
