Any insights on Aclivity Consulting? Type of work, levels and pay structure ?

Just got a job offer, same role as I was doing prior to consulting but different company. 30K bump in OTE but 3K less in base. Not as dynamic and challenging as consulting but way less hours. Should I take it? I love my team now, I have a great project that will probably last 1-2 years, and great manager.

What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). I feel like my job isn’t enough because skills aren’t considered as transferable outside this field.
