Whatever the opposite of 2-3 beers, 4 bags of delta cheese-its, and deli meat sandwiches daily is
Lower caloric intake, lower carbs, lower fat, boost protein. Increase your physical activity.
Wait 4-6 weeks to see changes.
BCG1, regardless of the macro type, it’s excess calories that turn into fat, not just protein. High protein diet is a necessity for people with a large muscular mass (typical gym bro’s) for maintaining that mass structure but not so much for others with less muscle (yoga ladies)

Not very much of anything
Honestly just eliminate sugar and if you have a natural average to slim build you'll start to lose weight pretty quickly.

Reduce client and team dinners.
Don’t eat 1000 calorie lunches.

Drink tons of water, lean meats (chicken), fiber filled foods (broccoli, apples, oats), healthy carbs (brown rice, wheat pasta)

I just shredded 50 pounds the pass half year or so. It’s about persistence and you need to focus on what you eat weekly/monthly instead of daily intake. You should have occasional indulgence otherwise the progress won’t last. For your meals, you should have vegetables before everything else so that you can eat less of the other stuff. Also, look for food that is more filling for you. (Like watermelon) As long as your caloric intake is less than output you will see progress in due time.
Another useful tool is calorie counter. I use MyFitnessPal
Run.
According to folklore, nothing.
A combination of intermittent and paleo or keto. I Personally stick to intermittent fasting and works great but combining it with keto got my friend who used to be bigger down to 8-10% body fat
