Do we get an automatic status on airlines? I’m traveling with American Airlines and is very bad that I need to pay for my own seat upgrade if I don’t want to go on the middle sit.

Ever since moving to hybrid work, my coworkers are always complaining about how much they hate their jobs, how much of a hassle it is to travel or work from home. How can you be expected to do your job when you're just so far away from everything?

Does anyone have a preferred car service company? I am looking for a service that can consistently provide traveler alerts such as when car has arrived, passenger is on board, trip competed, etc. across US cities. I have found a company that will do this when I book travel in NYC, but when my Professionals arrive in their destination cities the affiliates do not offer this same feature. Any suggestions? I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I'll be in premium economy in an aisle seat. I usually take melatonin before bed and sleep on my side. Does anyone have suggestions for an OTC sleeping pill or pillow that actually works, or other advice for sleeping on a plane?
