Hi Guys...
I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.

When I had a small team, I would give them a little sweet treat. No card or anything.
I think acknowledging it is a nice gesture.
that's exactly what my manager has done. a card with my favorite coffee and a little gift
I do not. I send handwritten cards to their homes for New Year’s
On this topic, do you pay for the gifts out of pocket or get reimbursed by your company? We have a gift budget, but I admittedly never know what occasion would qualify.
In this case I would be using my own money with no reimbursement.
Gift card, team lunch if you can, shout out at an all hands meeting, or a comp day are some of the things i’ve done (not all, usually 1-2). A little recognition goes a long way.
Gift cards and a shout out at staff meetings.
I typically wrangle in others to help celebrate the moment by sending out an e-card for colleagues to sign either for their bday or work anniversary. (We’re a remote-first company). Especially when I have a bigger team.
But when I’ve had smaller teams I usually buy something that I’ll know they’ll appreciate or a gift card which they can use anywhere. And have a few times purchased spa finder certificates so they can pamper themselves. (This is when I‘ve felt like I have extra income)
