About to head to the HC for a role in ProdOps and Strategy in Mountain View. 4 YoE at MBB, no competing offers. Recruiter gave me a form that asks expected comp.
Levels.fyi has only PM salaries. I haven’t been told the level but expect it to be L4.
What total comp would you expect for this role? Any advice would be super helpful, as I’m a bit lost.

Monday morning routine starts Sunday evening. Just calming down, going over work tasks, not playing Call Of Duty
Nothing too dramatic. My one standard habit is to look over my calendar on Sunday evening just to make sure I don't have any meetings coming up that I'm unprepared for. One of my big anxiety nightmare scenarios would be going into a meeting and having no idea why I'm there or what I'm supposed to be talking about. The Sunday evening check lets me know this won't be the week when that happens.
Rising Star
Get up a bit early, make a pot of coffee, clean up or put away a few things, make lunch (sometimes dinner too), then head to the office. I am much more productive on a Monday morning than Wednesday or Thursday morning and doing as much as I can early in the week helps keep me focused at work.
Mondays I make it light. Normally I'd have picked out my clothes and meal prepped on Sundays so that I can start the week with no stress. It's the only day I don't go to the gym in the morning. I also make sure I have no meetings scheduled in the first hour. I use that time to take my morning coffee while setting up the work I need to be doing that week. Then I read for a bit about current events then dive into work starting with my high priority tasks.
It's definitely more of a Sunday night routine for me, I like to spend my Sundays getting the house clean and getting some meal prep done. Then at night I make some goals for the week, talk to my husband about what he has going on for the week, and get to bed early (in clean sheets!). The ritual of starting the week clean and organized really does help set me up for success!
