Both. I prefer in office because I live alone and it's nice to be around people. Plus we have unlimited drinks and snacks and often free lunch. I also get up and move around more while I'm in the office. 😋 but on the flip side, my commute can be exhausting (up to 3 hours a day) and I like the ability to sleep in when I WFH. I also eat healthier at home. I'm happy with my hybrid schedule but would like it just a little more if I did only 2 days in office instead of 3.
At home. At my firm, no one is ever in the office anyway and I support partners all across the country. Plus I save so much money on gas, food, clothes, etc. And then there is no more commute. I had no idea the toll it was taking on me until I got to start working from home. My young daughter told me she loved that I worked from home now because she’s not the last one anymore at after school care to be picked up and am in a “nicer”mood after work!

Flexibility all the way. I don't want to be fully remote or fully in-person
WFH but if I have to go into the office once or twice a week I prefer the flexibility of picking what days I come in each week.
I like a hybrid schedule. I like to be able to connect with people in person, have some small talk you just don’t have when you’re WFH. But I get interrupted a lot in the office so WFH is often more productive.
prefer to be in the office at least on a hybrid schedule. i wouldn't mind being onsite daily if the commute isn't bad. but being fully remote and alone is lonely. although productivity in the office and home is the same.
In office
It depends. I like how much I get done WFH but sometimes being in person is so much easier. Some people struggle to verbalize what they need and so just being able to see and anticipate needs is beneficial.
I haven't had the opportunity to work from home. It would be great if that were even an option for occasional days. Here in St. Louis we could have a mild winter or have snow and ice covered roads that like to hit at rush hour often. Being safe inside working on those days would be marvelous!
Home.
At home, less interruptions and less meetings.
Hybrid with only 2 days in office. I’m so much more efficient when I don’t have that one and a half hour commute each way.
Hybrid
I love working at home. I go in about once a month for a meeting/lunch. I never thought I would enjoy it so much. When I was in the office every day, I constantly had people interrupting me to ask for things that I would need to write down. Am email is so much more efficient and many times I find they do it themselves.
Hello all where can I look for legitimate WFH Admin jobs? I look and look, fill out info, but they seem sketchy and just want my information. Most of the applications I do get to fill out I get no responses. Any suggestions?
