My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

If you paid $54B for a company that loses $4M every day, you’d fire a ton of people too. Especially for a company that is objectively overstaffed. Foolish to view it any other way
It’s foolish to buy a company for 54B that loses 4m per day.
Originally, I thought it was cruel. But after seeing that the workers are covered until February, what I would expect will happen with the majority of these workers are that they will find another job and will have double income for a while.
Felt that it was generous to get coverage until Feb’23. Not fun to be in that situation but it helps with income without having to work for a few months.

I think he may have been a bit to quick with the layoffs, given that 72hrs later Twitter is now frantically trying to hire back some of the staff they laid off!
Usually, you approach layoffs a bit more deliberatively or, as my grandpa used to put it: Proper planning prevents piss-poor performance.
