Not all employers, but a lot of employers really have lost touch with employee satisfaction and needs. Many are only in touch with their own satisfaction and, especially, their bank accounts.

Yeah, unfortunately I think they have the prioritize a lot of HR and general people experience programs because they cost money that they don’t want to spend
I have noticed this especially since covid, its like they've pulled back benefits that we care about b/c they're afraid of our freedom

What’s interesting to me is a lot of places gave extra benefits during Covid but then they decided that once the pandemic was “over “they didn’t have to do any of that anymore

Some employers - yes. I feel like there was a huge focus on work/life balance during the pandemic - which was great - but now we're loosing some of those gains

I definitely do with his, especially given the return to office push that we’ve been seeing from a lot of tech companies lately. They were building the pandemic come on everybody was remote, and now all of his bosses are seeing their huge real estate contracts go to waste.
