Hey Everyone,
I am doing a part time MBA program and for one of the coursework I am trying to understand the challenges people faced while transitioning from WFH to Back to office model.
I've created a small questionnaire and will really appreciate if you can spare 10 minutes of your time for the same.

Also could pull the disability card as under the ADA, employers have to provide reasonable accommodations to employees with known disabilities - and if you've been working remote already, it's kind hard for them to argue its not reasonable.
Good for you. Companies are sneaky and they’ll find a way to let you go. Either by a layoff or by a performance issue they can invent. Good luck with that.
Most will be telling people to return to the office to fill up the vacant office space they’re still paying for. Only about 25% will be able to work remotely only in the same state and city. Lots of jobs say Remote or hybrid if you’re living in the state they’re hiring in.
