Just put it in excel and alt+h+0 or 9 to get to 0dp and copy them numbers in … ?

I Typically try to keep everything to 2-3 significant figures to avoid this issue. Ask your MD what number of sig figs they want and then go with that throughout.
To answer your question yes investors care if numbers add up on PowerPoint slides. I get your frustration though.
Lol yes it definitely matters and is easily fixed by a footnote. In a 150 page DD I did half a year ago the client literally calculated every table. That’s why you have an offshore team in India doing the same before you send it to the client.
Yes investors care and many of them will go through and check the math
