I’m thinking about transitioning to In-House from a big law firm where I practice Employee Benefits. Will employers consider me without the typical “corporate” or “litigation” experience?

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"? I have ~6 YOE (5 in tech consulting at B4, 1 in current role) and work in back office IT making 180k TC working 25-30 hours per week. It’s low stress and easy money but I’ve plateaued. Should my next move be MBA or try to go back to consulting?

How much emphasis do you put on the company culture before accepting the offer?
I have an offer with 30% pay increase and will offer me a D role in publicly traded company (IPO in 2020), but I have read very polarized reviews on glassdoor (e.g., micro manage, yes sir mentality, long hours, unstructred)

Also, their benefits are not very attractive (e.g., 2 week paternity, 3.5% 401k match, unlimited vaca -- which means you have to take permission and have to feel guilty if you take off longer)

If I’m at a T2 (OW/LEK/ATK) strategy shop, would going to a T3 MBA (Darden, Fuqua, Stern, Tuck, etc) improve my current brand, or more so keep neutral....have no doubt the M7 would enhance, but struggling to see huge upside in the others given the financial & time investment required

Is a 710 gmat (q44 v42) worth retaking? I’m a Latin American male working at McKinsey, 4.0 gpa from the top university in my country on a full scholarship. Maybe with a lot of effort I could get my score up to a 730, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the time

Any Asian guys got significant scholarship to t20 schools using the gre, if so what score did you have, I got a 330, worth retaking for a better score if I’m aiming for scholarships?
