Hi, wondering if anyone as a non US trained physician has had experience pivoting to healthcare consulting or healthcare administration? Is an MBA a must? Key positives for my current employer are pay and security. But my new role within the company isn't working for me, and ultimately I don't think it is for the company either.

A much much smaller (20 people) company offered me a role.

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF.
