After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

I’m able to explain how they work. Been in the business for over 30 years
Thanks for responding. My main question is how exactly they'll differ from portfolio and delta 1 trading desks? I've seen a bunch of people who seem to have a hybrid between these roles, so they'll do all the composition predictions, corporate action research, weight predictions and position crowding analysis, but then they'll actually also trade ETFs, index futures, index swaps as well. Is this common?
Also, is my understanding that the focus of the role is mainly composition prediction, rebalance simulation and strategy, corporate action recommendations, weight predictions and analysis of how hedge funds and liquidity providers are pre-positioned ahead of rebalance? Is there any aspect I'm missing? Do they actually help devise rebalance trading strategies (as in for the ETF/IMF PM that buys their research). Do they construct custom indices?
Lastly, I just wanted a view on the biggest desks (i.e.: most people, best quality research) and what they look for in candidates? I can understand it's a data analysis heavy role, so those skills (i.e.: general statistical literacy, Python/R & SQL, data visualisation techniques) will be sought after, but what else?
