Anyone have advice on a home fitness gym? Have a spare room 12x11 that I’m thinking of putting a power rack and rower in.

Has anyone just taken a break from work without anything lined up? Every offer I’ve gotten wants me to start in a month and with 2 weeks notice that leaves me only 2 weeks to recharge.
