YES
no solution lol but I feel you and was just explaining this to a coworker 😭😭😭
Everywhere I am at there is constantly a new notification or something that requires my attention. Even on the rare chance I clean out all my emails or something, guess what? I will immediately be getting a new email. Best thing I do is not check them until I am done with a task. Only way to get anything done.
I just discipline myself to ignore things for a set period of time. I'll silence the alerts and put my phone aside for an hour or two hours if I need to concentrate on something. If anything really big happens that I need to know, I'll hear the screaming in the hallway.
I shut off the sound—I find it jarring and borderline triggering.
