Does anyone feel like the culture at CFGI has shifted these past few years?

When I first started I felt like the firm emphasized wlb and flexibility and prioritized making sure people didn’t get overwhelmed/managing client expectations. And also I felt like there was more of an emphasis on get the job done and you’re fine. Now I feel like the firm is a bit more stiff and there is a sense in which office politics plays more into it.
