Curious to know how much finance or financial analyst type of projects are available with CFGI? If I don’t have finance background, will they allow to work on them?

There’s no reason you have to put up with a job you hate. I spent many years working in a toxic environment with a boss who gossiped and lead through fear. He wasn’t really much of a leader but basically a foreman. And he could make my existence miserable. I admit that it wasn’t easy to find another job but the bottom line is: trust your guts. If you feel something is wrong it’s because it probably is. Don’t second guess yourself. Look for options and and fight for your mental health.

Anyone else impacted by the Hilton Honors system issue where status has been downgraded? Is requesting an upgrade to an executive suite for a personal stay a solid request?

I have a boneheaded question I’m pretty sure I know the answer to. My partner can’t use my Hilton Honors account for an upcoming stay he is going to book, right? He doesn’t need my discount or anything - was just hoping that he could get my diamond benefits.

Does anyone have advice on the hours typically worked at CFGI? I'm currently in a senior manager role with the expectation to be TMD in the next two years - however, given staffing issues and the politics of the firm, I'm looking for a switch.
