Does anyone from PwC/S& know when our salaries / reviews post to MyKCurve Total Rewards and Benefits? Midnight? My RP is of course slacking.

We are planning to start a family next year and I'm just about to start a new job at a new agency in a new holding company (NY). I've never really had to think about maternity leave benefits so I dont even know where to start. What's considered a good policy? What are things I should look for?

Also, I know I shouldn't, but I feel a little guilty starting a new job knowing I plan on taking maternity leave within 12-18 months.

Have anyone got a full time job through a staffing agency? How do you negotiate for the salary? I heard they get a cut on your salary. But I also heard they got paid by the hiring agency. Is it weird to ask the recruiter directly?
