Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

I have both the csr and plat. Been meaning to cancel the plat for a while now but have been making use of the monthly cell phone and streaming credits.
For that kind of bonus, I would just sign up for both and cancel the Plat after a year.
I agree with OW1 - bonuses are pretty good right now
OP, cancel your AU status and get both the Plat and Gold (you got offered with historic highs and I would capitalize on that). Fwiw, I downgraded my CSR to CSP and I primarily use my Plat and Gold as daily drivers. I have 300k UR points so I don't feel the need to get more there. I'm building up my MR bank so I can book B class RT international flights and use UR for Hyatt/Marriott/IHG (in that order) stays for a yolo trip once COVID does down.
OP, if you can absorb the minimum spend, I'd suggest getting both the Plat and Gold the same day to lock in the SUB.
CSR/ CSP is much better than Amex plat/ gold especially if you aren't travelling. Source - had CSR + Amex Gold, downgraded CSR to CSP, about to cancel Amex Gold
@ OP - Chase lets you collect points on groceries for the duration of the pandemic + I favor the redemption options via chase more.
Given I am not spending that much to begin with, I'd rather pay $95 per year for points on the few Trader Joe's groceries I do buy + dashpass rather than $250 for Amex Gold and the $10 Grubhub credit restaurants in my area I don't really care for.
Have all 3. MR points worth more to me (ANA biz) plus the airline fee credits can be converted to United TravelBank. Gold is definitely a no brainer since they're adding $100 Uber credits next year (+$100 dining credits and $100 airline fee but ends Dec 2021). 125k is exceptionally rare so I would get it too (you missed out all the extra credits this year but maybe they'll add more in 2021)
