Looks like ClearStreet designates most professionals as Senior Software Engineer. Current position is Director of Technology in another Fintech with 18YOE

A couple of associates at my firm are very close. We openly discuss salaries and discovered some are significantly paid less than others even though we are the same class year and went to T20 schools. The high ups somehow found out about these discussions and are angry and want to talk to us. They're claiming we are "entitled millennials." Should I see this as a red flag and start looking for an exit?

Next week I have my first in-person 1-1 with my boss. I’m getting bored in my role now and want to advocate for myself and present him with some ideas of projects I could take on, skills I want to develop (that benefit team) and where I want my career to go. Unless I say something, I think I’ll just continue with the same responsibilities.

Has anyone done this before and do you have any suggestions?

I was contacted by MSFT recruiter for a Sr Program Manager role… recruiter screening done and a codility assessment has been sent… Recruiter said that this would be a Tech and behavioral assessment for 60min and I need to complete the same in a week’s time.
