I used to meal prep but stopped because it just became too much. I got tired of spending my Sunday evenings meal prepping. I know I ate healthier and saved money, but I really prefer to spend my Sundays relaxing and resting instead.

I see. Thank you for your feedback. I’ve always looked at the good meal preps people do online. I know it’s a lot of work since they condense 1-2 hours in like 2 minutes.
I have looked into it but I honestly do not see the appeal of meal prepping expect that it saves some time during the week. But you have to give up so much time on Sundays and I don't think I would enjoy eating the same repeatedly. I am knocking anyone who meal preps, I believe should do what works for them but it doesn't seem like a good option for me.

Thank you for your feedback! My Sundays are lax so I have time to do it then. It’s just the dedication, that’s the part that I lack.
I meal prep if I have the time over the weekend. store a couple of days’ worth in the fridge then freeze the rest. Then I thaw a day or so in advance and I don’t have to worry about it going bad. But I switch out the meals halfway through the week so that I don't get sick of eating the same thing.

Very good. Thanks for sharing!
I do as much as I can. There are weeks when I'm physically too exhausted to do it. I know the weeks that I do meal prep, I eat better, feel better, and enjoy the food more. I'm so sick of fast food, and over priced restaurants, but the energy level to meal prep is difficult sometimes.
