Does anyone know a better way to get a creative job in Production Design or Graphic Design? I’ve applied to almost 200 jobs in the past few months, and barely ever get a reply. I just graduated, and have only some volunteer design existence for a non profit every “entry level position” is requiring 3+ years, not 0. Robert Half, Creative Circle, LinkedIn, and Indeed haven’t been working.

I interviewed with Amazon for SDE 1 role on 31 November 2021. Out of 4 rounds held on the same day, 2 went really good and other two were just alright. I haven't received any communication from them till date. Do they generally have such delays in announcing results or is it because they have rejected me?

Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
