Does anyone know if insurance covers the cryopreservation as a part of the 50k pool ?

Anyone else feeling like everything is on a one week delay? I’m barely getting through my days

Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?

Our company is shopping around for anti-virus and anti-malware solutions, and encountering companies who “will not redline.” We’ve tried 3 vendors, and the only one who redlined quoted 5x what others have quoted. Some of it has to do with how the biz team is presenting, but has anyone else run into this? Fo getting the reimbursement what is the process? Just submit normally through insurance? FAQ says participate in managed fertility program. What does that mean?

I have BCBS and have been having a hard time getting everything approved and set up. This process was much smoother when I went through it the first time in 2018. Anyone else’s having these issues? Is Win Fertility still the place that handles it?

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

Has anyone dealt with submitting domestic adoption costs for reimbursement? Do we just email them our receipts as the expense has occurred. Is there forms to fill out as well? I just started the process and made my first payment and want to know how to submit.

Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

I am in the process of IVF due to my husband's male factor infertility. I am so grateful for the benefits that EY provides and wanted to know if there is any consideration for reevaluating those benefits? I got a response within 30 min asking me to email them back from my work email. I did so and it has now been 3 days with no response. Is there any other way of contacting them?
