Does anyone know of other Salesforce partners that offer external referral bonuses? I know most companies have referral bonuses for employees but if someone outside our organization refers someone that we end up hiring, we give them a $350 gift card of their choice. It's usually an Amazon gift card or something. I'd think it's something unique that we do, but do other firms do that as well?

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

My cousin has moved to another company from DXC technologies.
In DXC, PF amount is not credited in to EPFO directly.
We have UAN and it looks like not activated.
How can we transfer PF amount from DXC to EPFO portal?
There is no relevant response from DXC till date.

Currently working at Citi (C10). Would be completing 18months by Feb'23.

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?
