Does anyone know the current salary bands for Associate Corporate Counsel (L6) at Google?

I have 11 years of experience. During my screening call, I was told the range is around $252K base, 20% bonus, and between $200-$250K equity. Based on a few posts here and on Levels, it seems like that equity range might be low?

The recruiter acknowledged that in the olden days, I would have come in as corp counsel. Apparently, it is not those days.

Those who have returned to a law firm from being in-house - what was your experience like? If you hated a firm the first time, was it better the second time around? I swore I’d never go back, but seeing the newest round of BigLaw raises and salary increases I am genuinely considering it - I’m getting married and planning for kids shortly, and would like to buy a home in our HCOL city, and while I’m not starving on my in-house salary and am fairly frugal, I don’t feel like we have much cushion.
