Worked in Oracle sales for 8 months after graduation and have been at my current firm as an Oracle ERP consulting analyst for 6 months, looking to make the move when I have a year under my belt at my current firm. Associates (equivalent to Deloitte Consultant level) at my firm are base 95-100k with 10-15% annual bonus

When negotiating a sign on bonus with a new firm based on the fact that you were anticipating a bonus for that fiscal year and are leaving before that is paid out, do you have to do anything to prove you would have actually received a bonus/the amount of bonus you would have received?

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.
