There’s a patient who wrote a review about me and I checked months worth of notes - I never saw this patient. She cited a virtual visit that we don’t do at the office and said the appointment was at a time I wasn’t at the office. Not sure why they wrote the review but I wish it could be removed because I’m worried it will affect my future career prospects. Thanks!
