My lwd in hcl was 30th August and Yesterday I received my hold salary of June and plus leaves encashment but I didn't received the variable pay amount although my appraisal cycle was already completed 4 days before my lwd .I joined hcl on 5th may 2021 and lwd was 30 August 2022. So do you have any idea when will I receive the variable pay amount

It’s usually around 10%, sometimes more sometimes less. Depends on your team and their budget.
However, keep expectations low with Publicis. They have the most opaque, disorganized, nonsensical raise process in the industry.
You will NEVER, I repeat NEVER, get a raise at Publicis.
I never got a merit increase in 5 years at Publicis. You need to fight for raises/promotions tooth and nail, and start asking for them way in advance of the actual time period for giving raises/promos.
Not sure on colsulting group, but it was the same for me at multiple Publicis agencies in LA and NYC.
Average across the industry? Probably 2% because tons of people get 0%.
Well said. Unless you move to a new agency. Which is why so many do. Especially the last few years.
The Publicis average will depend on how your current agency is performing vs the Groupe as a whole. It’s often just 3%-5%

Whether they’re performing great or not it doesn’t matter. They’d give you a t-shirt if they could get away with only that.
