I got offers from Accenture with 6 LPA + Variable pay and from PWC with 7 LPA + Variable pay (Screenshot below). I would like to join acccenture but the amount seems very less. I have 2.3 years of experience. Should I negotiate with accenture? Please give me some expert opinion.

I’ve joined an early-stage startup as one of the first 3 employees (excluding the 2 founders) pretty much right out of college with ~2y of internship experience and I also worked on my own startup for a year. The founders were very senior product and eng leaders in FAANG so the founding team is considered strong. Company has a product but nearly 0 revenue. They’ve offered me sweat equity of 1%, no salary for the unforeseeable future, and no co-founder title. Is this appropriate comp?
