Does anyone know whether MGM properties in Las Vegas charge resort fees if one pays for their stay with points + cash via the Hyatt portal? I know there are no fees if I pay with only points, but was curious to know if I would get 'nickeled and dimed' once cash is involved.

If we thought about it back in March, we probably could’ve predicted which companies would do well, like Zoom, Amazon, Instacart, etc. And invested accordingly. Anyone have any thoughts for forecasting the next few months? Opportunities to take advantage of?

Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?
