Does anyone travel 80% plus with utilization around 100% and if so how do find time to work out on the road?

I got fat instead. Best decision ever.

^i second that. Going in AM ensures you're not screwed at night

If you are able to get up for work, you should be able to get up to train, take care of yourself first 💪

like

^great to have that flexibility, but that's not often realistic for most of us. Honestly, it sucks, but get up at 5-5:30 and hit the gym before work. Only way to make sure work doesn't get in the way.

like

Alternate - workout around 10pm post-dinner. Have found that's a great time to lift / simultaneously catch up with people back home.

like

Walk on treadmill around 11PM for 30min. Super easy but it's better than nothing. Then weights if not too tired. At that time, you basically have the whole gym to yourself 😊

like

^ I second that

like

Spread it over the weekend.

like

100% travel/125% MTD utilization. Weekends a must/get up early at hote before 12+ hour day ensues. Only thing that works

I led a team event at a small workout studio (cycle and body weight exercises). After that a subset kept going, so Tuesday night at 6:00pm is reserved for the team workout.

like

You make it fit. Sure there will be a rough week here and there where it'll be difficult to get good workouts in but you have to try your best to devote time for your body. You can even do 10 min of HIIT or do a quick body weight circuit in your hotel room. Consistency is king. Make sure you workout during weekends as well.

I leave the office at 5 to go run. I tell my team that's what I'm doing.

5am or 10pm run in hotel parking lot + jumping squats & burpees & push ups in hotel room

Morning classes at 5:30

Stupid Question- We have been thinking for IVF and trying to understand with this process, is there any difference in the health and life of the child as compared to a child born without IVF. I did ask this with our doctor and he said casually its all same. This is not to question any doctor but just to really understand what is going to be different with the kid. This is not very old technology and not much studies as well.

Below are my thoughts rn: Man, I’m 28 and such a bum. I work a job I hate, I have no social circle. I have never had a gf. All these things are so challenging because I’m autistic. I can’t change that. What’s the point of living when society treats ppl like me like I don’t matter. Maybe I should just take a bunch of sleeping pills so I don’t have to deal with life anymore.

Random question for anyone who has ever exchanged/gotten a replacement away travel suitcase. Is there any flexibility to get a different color? My interior zipper broke and I stopped in a store to ask if they do repairs and they said to bring it in and they’ll just replace it. I wouldn’t hate switching the color but feel weird asking for some reason

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

Let’s assume the vaccine is at 70% shots in arms by 4th of July (‘21), and 80-85% by Labor Day. In 2022, are we back to 3/4/5, or do you think parts of the remote culture will stick going forward?
